The COVID-19 pandemic has shed light on how vulnerable the seniors in our community are. Many seniors that live at facilities are not able to see their families or even leave their rooms for their safety.

 

Our program hopes to set up a pen pal program between volunteers and interested seniors at senior healthcare facilities and long-term inpatient facilities to provide emotional comfort during these difficult times. Our team will deliver cards made by volunteers to facilities in the Northern Virginia community.
